Tree List , Nested List in mysql With Parent & Child having unique id

I am making a multiplex ticket booking web application in Java, I am little messed up in database , In project i have 10 theatres (Later Added or Removed) with each having 3-5 screens. , My requirement is that how to make such a list in database that later i can access any parent (movie theater) or its child (Individual Screen) for booking, making Layouts etc & If i Delete Parent Its Respective Child should also be deleted......Pls Help this my college project , Really Messed up in Database part , Rest is Fine........I am not expecting any code (Would be great if any one can give example code) i want just the idea
