Universal Filter in Struts2

I am building a DIY website builder application using struts2 hibernate. An user has created a website under my domain which is named tulip . I want to implement a feature which is like this --- when the user types mysite.com/tulip the webpage of tulip will get displayed . The display will also need to access the database . But this will happen only for the above mentioned pattern of urls and not others subsequent urls
