generic java web service client

I have a JAVA EE appliation(Servlet+jsp) that consume a Soap web service(wsdl) I want the application to be generic (it consume a web service entred by user or from database)

for example for user1 it display the data from the webservice http://ift.tt/1RnmAMJ

for user2 it display the data from the webservice http://ift.tt/1Rnmyo1
