Spring Insight Setup Server Issue

I want setup spring insight in my appfuse spring application. but i cannot download vfabric tc-developer-server from vmware(I did vmware registration..is it an opensource product) can any one help to download tc-developer-server from online?

Any help is appreciated.

is it possible to setup spring insight without tc-server,can i use spring insight for production.(if not,is there alternative).
