Eclipse compile error 'The left parenthesis is missing from the IN expression'

I have compiled my project in Eclipse. It is a JEE Project with EJBs.

I get this really weird error where the Query annotation is not understood when it has an 'IN' in it.

Is this maybe a wrong dependency on a JEE library?
