Can't upgrade to Java EE in Eclipse

I'm trying to upgrade to Java EE by installing everything from the Juno repository (Web, XML, Java EE and OSGi Enterprise Development components) but after the installation and after restarting Eclipse I still can't open IDE in Java EE perspective.
