Java EE : Glassfish doesn't appear in "Install New Extension"

I have tried to install glassfish via the console by performing this command in the bin dir in the windows cmd but it doesn't worked out for me

asadmin start-domain domain1

So, I now tried to install the Glassfish server via Eclispe directly..

Preferences > Server Runtime Environment > Add > Download additional server adapters

... but it doesn't show Glassfish in the list of availables servers

Eventually, do you guys know any other way to install Glassfish easily?
