Is possible have web (photography portfolio - java ee) on openshift and files (photo) on cloud (drive.google.com)?

I have a problem. I should make a web application for photographer in Java EE. He wants to have website on Openshift from Red Hat and photo will be save on cloud. Can you give me some tips how can I get photo from cloud to web in Java. I think that I will have SQL database with address but I don't know how it works from cloud.
