Which is the standard way to integrate Struts and Hibernate?

I am starting a project. I am willing to use Struts 2 and Hibernate 3 for that. Should I use the struts2-full-hibernate plugin, or integrate them differently ? Could you suggest me the standard ways to do that ?

Searching on Internet confused me, what is the standard way to integrate them ?
