Java EE web development stack nowadays

I would like to hear from you what technologies are used now for web applications in JavaEE, but not separate words like servlets hibernate spring etc but technologies grouped together. For example, some old legacy projects were made with: servlets, jsp, jdbc, mysql,.. some other, more modern, use (html + js) + RestFull Services(Jersey) + Spring Security + Spring data + hibernate

And also, in your opinion which technologies from that list are the most popular/common/well recommended for modern web java applications, which are a little bit old but still are used and which are totally like deprecated.
