How to add JSF project components to Eclipse palette?

I just started my first test jsf project.

Is is possible for Eclipse to automatically add current project components (subpages, tags) to palette view? Generally I would like to reuse parts of my pages (header, footer, user profile etc) while using Web Page Editor.
