DOJO : Getting UNDEFINED using data-dojo-attach-point

While accessing the data-dojo-attach-point am getting Undefined, using ID attribute instead of using data-dojo-attach-point then i can get the value

Am accessing like below

this.supportDoc_6.set("checked", true);

Please tell what i made mistake here ?
