Build webservice based project [on hold]

I need to build a project which uses web services. What will be a decent combo which makes my project exist in market for 20 years from now. Here are option UI : HTML, ExtJS, php and any other webservice : Spring, SOAP, REST with other combination like EJB, Hibernate DB: Mysql, Hbase

Pls suggest what architecture is in demand in market right now
