Need to make sure database is fully normalised using MySQL and JavaEE

So as per the picture: I need to create the roster table with all the data from the connecting ones - Each Roster entry will have the country,state and city, tech and subtech and client. Then Employee will link to assignment as there can be multiple employees and for each assignment. Also an employee should be able to work on more than one roster.

I am using Java EE with this db and need to be able to show all the fields.

Please can someone assist in letting me know if this is normalised and correct. I am pretty new to databases and using them in the context of an app so I am trying to make sure before I implement it.
