Hibernate One to many relationship

I am working on Hibernate one to many relationship. How to add two or more object in parent table? I can add one object with multiple child object. But as i am trying to add another parent object I am getting error saying ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSTEM.SYS_C007027) violated how to rectify it.
